F.A.Q. - Time & Calendar
📚 FAQ — The 13-Month Calendar
📜 Why reform the calendar?
Our current calendar is irregular, historically arbitrary, and disconnected from nature. A new system allows for clarity, rhythm, and reconnection with lunar and biological cycles.
🌙 Why 13 months?
Because 13 lunar cycles (~28 days) fit naturally into one solar year. The 13 × 28 structure simplifies time and reflects organic rhythms found in human bodies and nature.
📆 Why begin in 2028?
2028 marks both a symbolic and practical threshold — the point where collective awareness, AI, and ecological urgency converge. It is proposed as Year Zero for a global reset.
⏳ What are neutral days?
They are days outside the week and month cycle. One “Zero Day” is added each year (on the winter solstice), and one additional day every 4 years (like a leap year) to stay aligned with the solar cycle.
🌍 Is this universal or symbolic?
Both. It can be used practically, but also exists as a collective poetic proposal — to imagine, reset, and realign our relationship to time.
🧠 What is the role of AI?
AI is used to synchronize traditional calendars, assist in coordination, and suggest optimal transitions — but never to impose. It acts as a support to human intention.
🎨 Is this a utopia, a system, or an artwork?
It is all three — a practical tool, a symbolic rupture, and an evolving collective artwork. It invites participation, not dogma.
